Ethara is ramping up preparations for an unprecedented Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2024. Scheduled for December 6-8, the event promises to be the most thrilling yet, with anticipation reaching new heights during the pre-event celebration at Louvre Abu Dhabi this past Tuesday.
Last year’s Abu Dhabi Grand Prix attracted a record crowd of 170,000 spectators at Yas Marina Circuit, with 65% of attendees traveling from abroad. The 2023 event generated a significant economic impact, with total spending by attendees amounting to AED 1.165 billion. This contributed to reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s reputation as a prime location for key sports, entertainment, and cultural gatherings, aligning with the city’s economic diversification goals.
The Yas All In Programme drew over 19,000 visitors to Yas Island Theme Parks during the previous Grand Prix, and the Louvre Abu Dhabi and Qasr Al Watan welcomed more than 5,500 visits. Attendees this year can once again enjoy free access to these attractions with a race day ticket purchase, which also includes entry to that evening’s Yasalam After-Race Concert, offering an unmatched urban getaway.
Enhancing the F1 fan experience, attendees will have the unique opportunity to run the renowned Yas Marina Circuit on December 5, a day before the season’s climax. The Run #AbuDhabiGP event highlights Ethara’s dedication to promoting a healthy, active lifestyle, building upon the success of their ongoing TrainYAS initiative, which has attracted over a million participants since it began.

This announcement was made at a high-profile event and marks another milestone for what is the largest sporting and entertainment spectacle in the region.
Fans are urged to secure their tickets by the end of April to benefit from the Yasalam Early-Bird promotions, which include up to 30% off on Golden Circle Upgrades for the After-Race Concert, a privilege already available to early ticket buyers.
